I've been going to Rio Nails for years. Great customer service and work! I'm always happy with my nails and toes!
3 of us got nails done we were charged 145 they don't listen and just do what they want cut up our cuticles and did a horrible job if I could rate 0 I would
I was visiting town and stopped in to see if they could fix one nail that I broke. They had customers in the store and the door front open with staff in the back and I was told “they were busy“. Not very friendly at all.
They say they take walk in, i went today early and they only had 1 customer and I saw 2 people working, 1 was doing a pedicure and the other was just standing and said they couldn't take me to come back in the afternoon! Usually when I would go there they would never turn anyone away but maybe that was because the owner was there but I didn't see her this time. Their 📉 loss!
I asked for a blue tip in my nails an instead got a “French tip” the even worse part is the French tip went over half way down my nail. I asked him why he didn’t paint them blue and he said I didn’t tell him even though he even repeated the color and what I wanted back to me. He made my nails burn as he cured them and made one bleed. He also left my nails bumpy. When he decided to fix my nails he put one coat on my nail and told me it was too light.
