I was visiting town and stopped in to see if they could fix one nail that I broke. They had customers in the store and the door front open with staff in the back and I was told “they were busy“. Not very friendly at all.

They say they take walk in, i went today early and they only had 1 customer and I saw 2 people working, 1 was doing a pedicure and the other was just standing and said they couldn't take me to come back in the afternoon! Usually when I would go there they would never turn anyone away but maybe that was because the owner was there but I didn't see her this time. Their 📉 loss!

I asked for a blue tip in my nails an instead got a “French tip” the even worse part is the French tip went over half way down my nail. I asked him why he didn’t paint them blue and he said I didn’t tell him even though he even repeated the color and what I wanted back to me. He made my nails burn as he cured them and made one bleed. He also left my nails bumpy. When he decided to fix my nails he put one coat on my nail and told me it was too light. I got my original set done somewhere else but broke one so I just needed it fixed. The first picture is what I came in with and second picture is what I left with. Normally I’d let it slide but these are my wedding nails and they were ruined.

Cut up my cuticle while getting an acrylic set, said he couldn't do any of the designs I wanted and proceeded to begin doing my nails without us agreeing on a design, the acrylic was lumpy and uneven and the shape was do bad I had to ask him to refile them so many times. Then picked a color with a completely different finish than I wanted and was so rough. Crazy and I showed I was in pain but he continued. Worst set ive gotten ever dont go.
