The owners were great! I was out on vacation for Christmas and had my two daughter in laws with me, we called ande an appt, they got us in same day and had a great pedicures!
I asked for red nails and she gave me black, the polish was lumpy, and the paint job is terrible won't be coming back here
The older gentleman that did my nails was really nice. He put a color on my nail and asked me if it was the color I wanted I said no and he took it off and I picked out a new color. The experience of my pedicure was so relaxing almost put me to sleep. The acrylic part was good, he matched the clips and asked me how long I wanted them and did perfect on what I asked for. I had a TERRIBLE experience here. My girlfriend and I decided to come get our nails done last minute so I called and they said they could do intricate designs like I wanted and they booked me. We walk in and 1: wait for about 20 minutes, 2: the person doing my nails tells me he can’t do any of the stuff I initially asked about and 3: starts doing my nails after not even cleansing any of the areas that were used for the previous client. Other places are impossible to get into unless you schedule an appointment. Rio got me in easily when I didn’t make an appointment. They did good work. I had an older female do my pedicure. I was charged $60 and tipped $9.
