Terrible. I have been going all summer for four years. My last visit my daughter and granddaughters had pedicures. They were rushed, poorly done and overcharged. I had my usual refill with gel French manicure. I never saw the tech before and she did a horrible job. I have never in over ten years had such a inferior job. I pay more at Rio than anywhere else which I don't mind paying for quality but, this time my nails were a disgrace. Never will I step foot in what used to be my favorite salon.
