I have visited this location 4 times for service, and all experiences were honestly disappointing. The turnaround times are consistently excessive, regardless of the season. It is difficult to understand how a service department can quote a 1–2 week wait just for a vehicle to be inspected, not including the actual repair time, which can easily extend the total delay by another two weeks, even for relatively simple issues. This Dealership service is HORRIBLE to say the least. MONTHS of my vehicle having the same sound. In which claiming no one has ever heard the sound. EVERYONE hears it except them. Making me feel like a liar, I have many months of recordings of the same sound. I was even told that I bought a defective vehicle and well basically nothing to do. I have to point out how little to no communication I received from Service Advisor Edgar Cano. His poor standards and lack of customer care reflect directly on his work. The role he holds should be taken seriously by someone who understands the importance of customer trust and vehicle safety.Any man willing to hand over the keys to a vehicle he failed to properly inspect or repair—claiming it was “test driven and ready to go”—should not be trusted.
