I have to point out how little to no communication I received from Service Advisor Edgar Cano. His poor standards and lack of customer care reflect directly on his work. The role he holds should be taken seriously by someone who understands the importance of customer trust and vehicle safety.Any man willing to hand over the keys to a vehicle he failed to properly inspect or repair—claiming it was “test driven and ready to go”—should not be trusted.
