The manager Alicia or Alisha was rude and unprofessional. Not even apologetic.. My friend Ada Marie just ask for the table to be clean. It went all the way left from there!!! She needs more customers service training...
Horrible manager, great place but she needs replacing
Just waited at a table for almost 15 minutes. Only the salsa got dropped off silently about 10 minutes in. No sign of a waitress and only two other tables were occupied. I stopped going to the south Arlington location for terrible service so apparently that’s just how they’re run. Mama Cucas and El Fenix have better service, food, and prices anyway.
Great food, reasonably priced! Two thumbs way way up! 👍🏻👍🏻

RecommendedMy husband and I tried Rio Mambo for the first time today. It was about 345p when we got there, so no crowd whatsoever. Our waiter was nice but disappeared after the food came. We only saw him for a second, long enough to ask for a to-go box for me, and a refill on our water at the end. We both ordered three cheese and onion enchiladas dinner. I got mine with chili sauce and my husband got the green tomatillo sauce. Mine was good but very very salty. My hubby said his was good and it was completely gone. We both had water on... read more
