Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Was this provider helpful about using your insurance coverage? Absolutely yes Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

They set me up for a lot of dental work. They assured me my dental insurance would cover it. Several months later I get a HUGE bill in the mail. Come to find out they didnt make sure my insurance was active yet. $2,500 later my fillings are all falling out and my composite dental work keeps breaking and falling apart. For $199 just for a filling, you would think they would stay in longer than 2 months!! Never in my life have I been more disappointed in a dentists work!!

Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to

This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
