They are very unprofessional at the front desk, those type of people are the ones that make seeking help feel like a mistake. Supervisor was very helpful and was able to squeeze me in.

terrible service, people here don’t even seem to like their job. Don’t go through the hassle of applying, you’ll always feel like they are looking down upon you just because they have nothing going for them…
This place is VERY unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this place for yourself, spouse, friend, or relative. The inside looks very dirty especially for being in the city of Cerritos. Aside from that, HORRIBLE communication and professionalism between the staff. Save your time and seek elsewhere.
