The entire experience from the moment I walked in was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, front dest was really helpul with my questions regarding the registrations forms and DR.GONZALES was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received. I know people gets different experice every where you go , but this time i had a good experince with my Dr. that my insurance assign me .
Terrible service from the women in the front desk, never give you appointments, they ignore your questions, the don’t help you fill out your documents properly (instead they tell you when they are leaving that you forgot to fill out something!) and they don’t ever answer their phones! I only go there because I get great customer service from Maria who seems to be the only one working hard in the back which I feel bad for her but she always seems to have a smile on her face which is good to see since every there seems to be a... read more
Daphne’s over the phone is not willing to help you to get an appointment? OMG
It is incredible that despite so many breaches of medical ethics and the regulations of the California Department of Health (CDPH), until now they have not fined this clinic, especially, they should fire the people who run this place like Ericka , Maria who only discredit the good work of Dr.Gonzales, people who constantly mistreat patients for whom they have work. I am thinking of filing a complaint with the CDPH so that they can audit them.
