Rio Gutters has kept our gutters clean and clear since we moved to the Farmington Valley several years ago. This year my wife and I noted the particularly careful and thorough job their technician C did cleaning our gutters and downspouts. I am told having proper drainage is important to protect the roof soffits. For that reason, it's a relief the gutters are draining properly, especially during this unusually rainy spring.
Luis was very quick to give a quote and responsive, great company!
Questionable safety practices. The two workers climbed up on ladders on separate sides of our 2-story house and bounced the ladders left and right while standing at the tops of them (neither looking after the other). Not comfortable with this way of working. Owner was dismissive and combative when I expressed this and other concerns.
I can reiterate what the last reviewer had written. Stay away. Same experience. Poor work, verified the following morning with a video clearly showing leaves remaining in the gutters. The owner insisted everything was fine.
