Luis was very quick to give a quote and responsive, great company!
Questionable safety practices. The two workers climbed up on ladders on separate sides of our 2-story house and bounced the ladders left and right while standing at the tops of them (neither looking after the other). Not comfortable with this way of working. Owner was dismissive and combative when I expressed this and other concerns.
I can reiterate what the last reviewer had written. Stay away. Same experience. Poor work, verified the following morning with a video clearly showing leaves remaining in the gutters. The owner insisted everything was fine.
Was raining after the windows were cleaned so we could not see if the job was done well. When it dried we said there was a lot of streaking. Sent clear pictures showing streaks. They said they would come back out. They have not come back after over a week. Instead they called to say we closed the windows and condensation caused the problem, not dirty water.
