The medical assistant is a very rude and unprofessional lady. I switched doctors because she gave me the runaround to get an ultrasound and I waited an hour to find out I actually had to go to the hospital. Then I find out they didn't send my paperwork (this is the second time) so when I tried calling them for an hour with -no answer- I left the hospital.
