Had an appointment at 9:30 arrived 10 minutes before. I waited an hour and a half just to get called in and wait another 45 minutes in the room waiting for Dr.. They overbook patients. Crazy wait time just to get mri results. Happens all the time!!

Impossible to get in touch with this office, placed on hold forever, when off hold was redirected to a dead end line, called back, on hold forever again. I guess they don't want customers

My appointment was scheduled for 1:30. I arrived early at 1:00 to make sure I was on time, yet by 2:00 I was still sitting in the reception waiting. That is completely unprofessional and shows a serious lack of respect for people’s time. If I were the one running late, you wouldn’t take me—yet somehow it’s acceptable for me to sit here wasting my time even though I’m paying for the service. I’m not getting this for free, so why am I treated like my time doesn’t matter? This kind of management is unacceptable.

Front staff is friendly enough. They can perform an MRI, but don’t expect for them to review your MRI with you. I am hard pressed to classify anyone that works here as an actual medical expert, maybe on paper… Look for better if you can, you deserve it.
