My first time being here and I have never felt so anxious that they take forever not only do they say that there going to do something about fixing the wait time but they never did anything I waited for two hours already and I’m still waiting:( do not recommend unless your willing to wait for more than two hours
The wait time here is extremely long, and the service has been very disappointing. The receptionists are unhelpful and unprofessional. I waited over 10 minutes just to get an update on when my sister would be seen, and no one followed up with us. Instead of assisting patients, the receptionist was talking and laughing with other staff and even stepping away to the coffee shop without checking back in. Excellent care and treatment. Very friendly staff, especially the nurses and the PA who cared for my son.
