My husband and I are extremely disappointed with this therapy group. It took a couple of weeks for someone to be able to book us an appointment because at that time the main girl that set them up was away so there was no one else to help us. Then we finally got an appointment for my 3 yr old to get checked, we paid our co-pay so he could be evaluated and were told we would be contacted after they evaluated him to let us know if he needed to come in once or twice weekly. nice staff. kind management. questionable therapists. especially tiffany. dont go with her. was great at first. were excited to go back to see her. all of a sudden has no patience. no consideration. extremely bad/rude demeanor. never returning to this place.
Excelente personal
Ms. Alex is so patient with my son his speech has improved more than we could have ever imagined so far and she has only been working with him for a few months but she has helped him improve on his transitioning and she sings a lot to him which he loves. This place is so amazing I wish they had OT as well.
Mrs. Felicia is THE BEST speech therapist. She is extremely patient, animated and sets the best boundaries for my son.
