We were having sewer drainage problems, but I didn't think it was a piping problem. Called late Sunday afternoon. It is rare to find a business that its not actively marketing some expensive product that we might not actually need. In this case, Shawn at Rio Grange Septic not only came out to our house several times to go over our options but he was able to suggest what might be the perfect fix until we can tie into the Village of Corrales' sewer project. This company is the worse I have ever dealt with. First they showed up without the equipment they needed. They made us wait a couple hours and returned and started digging. They claimed the septic system failed and wanted several thousand dollars to put in a new system. The company sent me a bill that was over twice the agreed amount of their bid.
