We were having sewer drainage problems, but I didn't think it was a piping problem. Called late Sunday afternoon. It is rare to find a business that its not actively marketing some expensive product that we might not actually need. In this case, Shawn at Rio Grange Septic not only came out to our house several times to go over our options but he was able to suggest what might be the perfect fix until we can tie into the Village of Corrales' sewer project. This company is the worse I have ever dealt with. First they showed up without the equipment they needed. They made us wait a couple hours and returned and started digging. They claimed the septic system failed and wanted several thousand dollars to put in a new system. The company sent me a bill that was over twice the agreed amount of their bid. This company went way beyond in their service. I had other areas that I had questions on, and they helped me figure things out. Their rates are very reasonable and being without a job right now that was a great help. They also left me with important information to help in the care of my septic system. They were friendly and very helpful, and I can't say enough good things about the service and help they provided. Thank you for the great service with a friendly attitude.
Great company. They informed me of a problem that I need to keep an eye and cleaned up my rock yard afterward at no extra cost where the hose had disturbed the rock.. The service man was very professional. I will stay with this company!
WoW! Could anyone do a better, more efficient, timely, friendly job?? These people are awesome. Matthew pumped three (yes, 3) septic tanks for me and I could not be happier as he was professional, efficient, and did all three in less than a full day! Good Going, you Guys! I wish you the very best!
