New patient, well trying to, but worst experience ever!!!! Got to the office in mcallen, and the lady in the front said they rescheduled, but they said they forgot to call my doctor or me. Anna, the lady in front was very rude and for some reason was giving attitude she just kept saying she didn't know anything that i just rescheduled, so i asked for an office manager they just said we dont know at what time or when the manager is coming in.
