Horrible customer service from the lady answering the phone she does not take the time to listen carefully to your questions , talks over you gives an attitude I suggest to take your money somewhere else!

horrible office and careless staff. they don’t care one bit about the patients well being and always have an attitude. seek medical attention elsewhere the wait for an appointment is 3 months and they don’t even try to accommodate for emergency medical attention. mcallen to is where to find great service and patient compassion for special cases
