This was once a great company but it has gone downhill in recent years. I decided to cancel an order for an iitem that was extremely overpriced, prior to the final sale. I was charged anyway with absolutely no honoring of my wishes. I have proof of this but it is hard to believe that this company is now so desperate as to be willing to treat a long time customer in such a disgraceful manner.
Utterly useless. First ever order. And last! Recommended by Lucy Walker. Not sure why. Charged me $60 “express” shipping (with DHL Express - the very worst, as it turns out) for a small but expensive package of supplies. Almost a week after the package was due to be delivered but failed to arrive in the UK, I was the only one who noticed it had gone AWOL, and having emailed them FIVE times, with no response from them at all, I finally got PayPal involved, and, by pure coincidence, they decided to make contact!
