Actual doctors were great. The waiting room was filthy and not cleaned for days. The same coffee stains from last week were still there. The same hot cheetos on the floor are still there days later. A hospital should really do better when it comes to cleanliness

I brought my elderly mothere for an emergency 5 days ago and the patient care was excellent, the best from the Dr. And also the nurses excellent. I had to bring back my mother again she had not improved. This time a different Dr. A very confrontational Dr. Saying that she was supposed to follow with her Dr.and not at the ER. Not very well organized or staffed. My father had a colonoscopy scheduled at 12 pm. Mind you, he's diabetic and on dialysis with stage 4 kidney failure. If you know about this procedure, you know you're on a liquid diet almost 48 hours prior. With that in mind, tell me why they had us waiting over 3 hours in the waiting room, and when we finally got into a room, another 2 hours plus wait time? Im sure if we hadnt complained that my dad's sugar levels were dropping, we'd have been there another few hours.
Excelente y rápida atención desde emergencias, hasta en el día que salí, mis gemelos siempre atendidos de la mejor manera, agradezco la etencion de las enfermeras Nina, Leticia y Briana, pues siempre me atendieron humanamente hasta en el mas mínimo dolor, estuvieron al pendiente de mi y no vi en ningún momento racismo o clasismo, me hicieron sentir bienvenida y segura en todo el posparto, sobre todo al pendiente de evitar depresión posparto.
