Brad Ekhoff owner operator of Rio Grande Homes does unlicensed, uninsured home remodeling and repairs. His plumbing and tile work does not meet any industry standards or New Mexico regulations. We made the mistake of hiring him to remove and rebuild our master shower. The shower drain he built leaked from day 1. He left an open drain vent pipe in my wall so wind and rain could enter from the roof. Brad Ekhoff was amazing in helping us find our forever home. We lived out of state and he was willing to drop everything, sometimes on very short notice, to set up viewings and find unique houses for us to tour all over Albquerque and the Sandia Mountains. After we put an offer in on our now home, he drove out of his way to check on it weekly to ensure repairs were being completed and the property was secure.
