This review is for Jesse, the service professional for Rio Grande Co. Fireplace, and not per se for the Company itself. I moved into a Lokal Home who contracted with Rio Grande Co to install our fireplace. The fireplace "fell off the wall" -- or as I learned today the hinges detached themselves -- and the fireplace was installed not level. Rio Grande did a phenomenal job on the installation of my gas fireplace. Insert I am very happy with it any issues that popped up along the way during installation Bryant was able to solve any issue quickly and efficiently and I really appreciate him and the installers and the folks at the design center at Rio Grande 10 out of 10 would use again.
Beautiful design center that made the selection process for materials for our home build so easy. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to turn what I anticipated to be an overwhelming decision making process into manageable and, quite frankly, enjoyable process. Having so many areas of our needs under one roof was the best part - we were able to identify our fireplaces, door hardware, stone for our home, and pavers for our landscaping all together. If I could do a zero star, I would unfortunately I had an absolutely horrific experience with Real Grand. With 15 years in the industry, I’ve never witnessed such a disastrous operation. I worked there for two weeks and was shockingly fired in the most unprofessional manner. They made me wait in the office for about an hour, claiming the president wanted to meet with me.
