Customer service is excellent when mistakes are made. Things are taken care of thank you guys.
Don't ever buy a fireplace from Rio Grande. The salesman Michael Fox made representations that were completely untrue about how the fireplace could be installed. All he cared about was the sale. The actual install was done incorrectly and they put in a lousy venting system that was all wrong. It had to be taken out, and the $1,000 venting system I paid for originally was finally put in after several weeks delay.
