Dr. Urrutia is a wonderful doctor but be prepared to wait 1 1/2 hours to be called in from the waiting room & another hour waiting to finally see the doctor.
I've been to this office a total of three times and all three times I have been impressed with the quality of service provided by both the clinical and office staff. Dr Salcedo was very knowledgeable, professional, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend the Rio Grande Cardiovascular and Structural Heart clinic.

The Doctors and the PA that I have dealt with are great, especially Dr. Enslign, attentive, knowledgeable and made me feel I was in good hands in spite of my age. Now if only they would teach their front desk Customer Service I would be a happy camper!
