Love this apartment management. They saved my life when I cut my hand on my cell phone. It was rapid bandaid response. My glasses broke and they let me use super glue to glue them. And they have green mountain coffee from my hometown state of Vermont. Also the apartment is huge. My only complaint is it's going to be 86 degrees today and there is no air conditioning because it's still set for winter mode by law they need to keep heat on until at least april. Otherwise. The elevators are advertised as 3 prior to moving in however only 2 have ever been in service, today 3/16/2026 the elevators shut down completely with no way of contacting anyone for help and no accessible means of getting downstairs if disabled. Over the last 3 weeks the first and leftmost elevator has been in use for maybe a single or two days at a time, the middle elevator randomly stops on floors with no one waiting and can take anywhere from 5-10 minutes to come often leaving you to press both the up and down arrows for... read more
My family of 3 moved into renew in December 2025. The hallways echo, but are clean and well kept. Some of the neighbors dirty common areas, but it's mostly teenagers. We love the 20 ft ceilings and heating/cooling costs are reasonable in our 2nd floor, 1 bd apartment. The price is right, and shout out to Shaqim and office staff who did our paperwork 3 times before we got it right.
