We had our driveway, garage, rear patio area and sidewalk concrete around the house replaced. The sidewalk and patio area was done in an acceptable way, The garage was done in an acceptable way except the threshold for the garage doors was done at an angle instead of straight across. Issues: the concrete cracked through the middle of the 13 foot concrete section closest to the house within 6 months of the job. The work was done properly and he signed a completion certificate verifing that . The cracking that happened was repaired , and the financing , is offered at a convience . I’m not in the financing business and for him to tell me I misrepresented myself isn’t true. The financing people came to me and offered their plan.
