Manager Patricia Todd is a pain to residents.
Bitterness about Todd manager. I have had issues with her. Some one tried to take her to court and lost there case. Bitterness and sour relationship professionally. Conflicts over parking space numbers and telling residence they could not park there and she parks there even after she told residents. With an Old guy living here and Care giver who just cant stand Ms Todd who quit because she could not stand unfair policy's.
