This place screwed me over so bad and evicted me because they violated my lease by opening my doors for the police to go in and search my house. Mind you there was no search warrant and regardless it stated in my lease that maintenance or management were to never enter my dwelling without a 24 hour notice. And the only time that would have legal without violating my lease for opening my door for entry is for a fire or a flood. They do the job, but like any building in Rio Dell they make due with what they got. I had Good interactions with Maintenance and Management.
I visited the office yesterday to update my rental application. I met with the manager Kym who was very nice and very helpful! I felt vey comfortable with her and really appreciated her kindness. The property is nice and very maintained. It was peacful and quiet. I hope to be able to move into these apartments!
