Hooray for Evergreen – I recently moved to Evergreen and Soho was recomended to us. What a treat. I could eat there every night. I especially love their Steaks. The food is out of this world.
Outstanding!!!!! – We have been there three times, twice for dinner and once for brunch. I have eaten almost everywhere in the world and I can say it doesnt get better than this. This restaurant is a hidden gem. Gabe Gallegos (chef) food is among the best in this state. We recomend the sea scallops and the New York steak. On one of our visits they served a Snapper with spinach, gnochi and chive emulsion, it was superb. The only word I have for the place is outstanding.
Falk 22, been out of Evergreen? Fantastic,ha – Hungry, entertaining guests, looking for an evening out or just curious about SOHO of Evergreen? Skip it! This place is a joke. Locals named it SoSo a few years back. They introduce "new chefs" to get the locals to try it again- the reason it is still there. If you get your food before 2hrs you'll experience small, over cooked portions hidden under an abundance of fancy garnishes - and at 5'7" / 115lbs, I don't expect a lot of food to begin with so trust me, the portion is small... read more
Fantastic!!!!! – Oh! the food. This has be one of the best places in Colorado to Eat. The service is also good. we have never been disapointed here. The chef came to our table to make sure our evening went well.
Fun Spot – Great Food, & FUN atmosphere! My favorite nights are the Celebrity Bartender Night and the Jazz Evenings!
Fantastic but expensive – I loved my experience here. I had the prime rib (which was cooked to perfection). They have great wines and desserts. The atmosphere was so cozy with dim lighting and fireplaces. Service was wonderful. It was pretty expensive so I would only go to this place for special occasions, but the food was well worth the price. A great romantic restaurant right off the main road in Evergreen.
