Visited family. The community was clean, the maintenance staff was helpful and it's a great location!
Renter Beware! The new HOA Prescott something or other charges a ridiculous move in & move out fee for elevator use and does not even provide padding for the elevator or signage letting residents know that it has been reserved for four hours for their $450 fee, so of course people are calling it and using it. And if you damage (scratch) the circa 1995 elevator you don’t get the $200 refundable part of the fee back. Additionally, there is no cross vent in the units facing Camino De La Reina so it’s HOT.
