first of all the all the thugs that get drunk!! then the fact that the Ipool is always closed!! then when you have something broken that they are to fix they say "oh well put you on the list" monthes pass by and you get the same answer! now "new managment" is here and one off them was soooo! rude! but of course with a smile....I cant stand this place u cant have kids b-day parties, no pinata even though there a perfct lil playgroud, cant have anything on ur patio they will do patio inspections, apartment inspections...oh yea... read more
This is not Rio de Vida it is Rio De Hell. They act like they have everything under control. But no they get a different manager every 3 months, and then they go and leave you harassing letters on your door saying you need to come in to the office and bring in your income report or anything else that the manager before didnt get. Oh and plus they write the letter and they give you 10 days according to the letter but they deliver it 3 days before the 10 days are over. They leave letters for everything but they never do what t... read more

I have been living here for 7 months and I like everything exept my neighbors that are very noisy. What also doesnt help to make my stay any better is that when i report it to the office they tell me theyre going to give them a violation. The neighbors have gotten around 10 violations and theyre still loud. My point is that the office does not go by the contract that says after the 3rd violation you will be evicted. As of right now im looking for another place to rent.

Yeah it does have a swimming pool except for the fact that we cant even go because its always close and when its open other people that dont even live here come and use it.Oh and a guy was rolling a joint in front of all the kids that were by themselfs ALMOST ALL OF THEM....
This place, was an OK place, and its good, the only bad thing... and a REALLY bad one, is that the walls are not good.YOU CAN ACTUALLLY HEAR YOUR NEIGHBOORS.even if they are not being loud.Which brings me to this. When i was looking there at the apartments.The Couple next door, were having Sex, and I could actually hear everything so LOUD like if I was there right next to them.There is no Intimacy there.I didnt like that.
