This place is a shit hole.. It is old and rundown and in terrible disrepair.. The staff is OK (Some of them are complete tools).. I guess all in all I would say it is not as bad as the downtown Sac main jail but it is close.. And what the fuck is with all the counts all the time everyday?? Must be why RCCC stands for Retarded Cops Can't Count..
Lol I remember spending some time there. I was on the range crew we'd work the shooting range next door. I worked the ammo shack and had control of the car wash for the police and visitors. On a good day would make 25 to 30 bucks that'd I'd split with whoever helped, the sarge would put it on our books. The French Toast and thick ass syrup was bomb.
