Great costumer service, I recently visited to sell some gold, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The staff were professional, and transparent throughout the entire process.
I had several pieces of jewelry that I no longer wore and/or were damaged. I remember seeing the Rio Cash for Gold sign when I was driving around town and thought, "Let me give it a try." That was approximately 10 years ago, and I've been a customer ever since. The business is family owned, and I've received friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service from various family members: Pops, son, and daughter Diana. The prices are fair, and I recommend supporting this local business.
