I attended Rio back in the late 90s. It was a great experience as an adult learner. the Instructors were awsome and always will to assist a student to be successful in their educational pursuits. upon graduation, I transferred to Penn State. tha is to Rio Hondo, I was more than prepared to attend a major university. Dropped a class and haven't logged in on the Access. Two years later I get notified about dropped class and giving me 30 days to pay. Could I have been notified long time ago that something went wrong with dropping online?
