I have been a customer of Rio Body Wax at a couple of locations and I love this one near Publix. Today I received services from Ana Carol for the first time and I'm very pleased. She is a sweetheart! The service was professional, she was quick and I'll definitely come back to her. I enjoyed my experience. In addition, the front office staff was pleasant and made me feel welcome. The office is clean, comfortable and cute. I'd rate my experience a 10/10.
I came to their location next to the Publix and it was great. From the young lady at the front desk (wish I got her name), she was so welcoming and pleasant, to Ana Carol, who did my wax; she was amazing. She's very nice and thorough. This was my first time here and I have already scheduled my next appointment with her. Highly recommend.
