I have had excellent health care here my dr is very patient and understanding and everyone has been really nice and welcoming. the only downside is the amount of time it takes to get them on the phone but it's hard finding a good dr so it doesn't bother me to much
Constantly put on hold and they canceled my appointment 30 minutes before I was supposed to be there. Horrible facility. It seems like they have favorites because the worker told me my doctor had to see another patient. I would think that this wouldn't be allowed. I've been trying to get seen for a long time now. Just save your time and money and don't even bother with this place
Have been put on hold 3 times for over 5-7 minutes each time . Hang up, call back , and immediately am put on hold again.
