D.Artimisa, we do not know who you are but if you think you know why we left you know more then we do because the manager Martha one month offers us a renewed lease at the same rate as the year before and then comes to us two weeks later and says we need to out by the 1st of the month, only reason given is the owner wanted us out he didn't even have the courtesy to give us an explanation which is poor buisness. I'm a Resident at Rio Antigua and people like Joseph C shouldn't even complaint, they know why they got kick out, we do have good manager and this is a nice community, sadly the owner is extremely racist which is why people don't stay around very long
This place is deceiving. My husband and I were looking at off base housing options and we saw the pictures online and we were impressed. Just to discover its in a horrible part of town no gates nothing. For what they charge in rent its not worth it. The manager was actually trying to sell the fact that the backyard was next to a storage place and had barbed wire and would keep people from trying to break in. Also when we asked what the military discount was she said 5 percent so that would be 100 dollars off. Im sorry but I ... read more
its like living on the south side. We live with a token 3 white familys. llittle mexico has the cheepest landscaping company, there are no flowers, shrubs are dyeing every week or two.the. rents have taken a dermatic rise if you renew or if your new you pay the same rate, they dont give you credit for having lived here 3 plus ears you could live at the country club for these prices.. the vandelism here is awful, for the owner to say this is a ten million dollar property he's crazy. the office is a whole nother problem, if yo... read more
