This was my first time renting a unit at Rio 47 Storage and I was thoroughly impressed. Carl Jr. provided me with outstanding customer service, making the whole process smooth and professional. The facility is spotless, secure, and well-maintained. If you need storage I highly recommend Rio 47 Storage. Outstanding!

Local Family owned and operated business. Newest & cleanest storage in the area with very reasonable pricing. State of the art security with guard dogs on duty. I can sleep comfortably at night knowing my valuables are safely stowed away at Rio 47 !
I am totally cool with Rio 47 Storage, has a great location, price is good, and they had units available (which there is a shortage)! They even check on the units, they contacted me, to tell me my door wasn't secure! Also, the staff is really cool! So Marty (that's me) sez, if you need storage, check out Rio 47!!
