Nice new clean facility. Renting the unit was a very easy process. I would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit in the area.
Local Family owned and operated business. Newest & cleanest storage in the area with very reasonable pricing. State of the art security with guard dogs on duty. I can sleep comfortably at night knowing my valuables are safely stowed away at Rio 47 !
I am totally cool with Rio 47 Storage, has a great location, price is good, and they had units available (which there is a shortage)! They even check on the units, they contacted me, to tell me my door wasn't secure! Also, the staff is really cool! So Marty (that's me) sez, if you need storage, check out Rio 47!!
This is not even a question. Amazing storage center run by a local family who cares about the community. We have used several others in the area and we can't be happier moving to Rio 47 Storage. Thank you to Carl Sr. and Carl Jr.
Great place. Nice and close to the island and the owner actually came out and gave me a hand with a heavy item. Definitely recommend this place!
