I had an awful experience with Rinse and will never use them again. I sent in several pairs of my favorite socks for cleaning, and they came back completely ruined. Many had lost their original color, looking faded and dull, and several were covered in noticeable pilling. To make matters worse, they smelled unpleasant—like they hadn’t even been properly washed. This is a really nice service. I probably won’t make it my primary method of laundering my clothes but it is a relief to know that you can hand off a chore to someone and it gets done well and competently. The bag they give you is quite nice. I would say the only draw back for me was the cost. But I also had next day turn around because of an emergency which added an additional $10 to the whole thing.

This service saves me so much time, and is so easy to use. It’s like magical honestly. I have 3 little kids and having all those itty bitty baby clothes arrive at my door all perfectly folded up makes me want to cry tears of joy. Get rinse, it is so worth it!
