Very professional staff, prompt notifications for picked up and delivery. I love this service, it's so convenient for someone like me who works 6 days a week, and I am a full-time caregiver for my mom and aunt, and all the pets. This saves me so much time because im always busy, I really dont have it left in me to try to go wash clothes late at night after the day is done. Thank you Rinse!!!
