Rinse has made my life so much easier. My laundry, my kids laundry is clean and folded! The app is easy to use and the text reminders when they are going to be in the neighborhood help me remember to stay on top of the laundry. Prompt service. No lost clothing. Thank you!
I simply ran out of time to handle 4 loads of laundry between two back-to-back trips. My dryer at my apartment had a clogged vent and was taking 2 hours to dry one load, so Rinse saved me an entire day of time that I just didn’t have. $75 for four loads of laundry washed, dried, and folded was absolutely worth it to me.
Used this for the first and last time a few days ago. Pickup was fine, the app was intuitive. Drop off is where things went fell apart. Such a time saver. They do a great job with the clothes.
I used Rinse for the first time and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Their communication is excellent. From scheduling the pick up to them dropping off my clothes, the entire process was smooth. They showed up exactly when they said they would and kept me updated the entire time. I would absolutely recommend Rinse to anyone who needs laundry service.
