Rinse beat my expectations for sure! Customer service 10/10. Rinse interface was very easy to use and accommodating to all needs. The products used to wash my clothes had a lovely smell but not overwhelming and most important my clothes came back looking pristine! I will definitely be using rinse again as well as recommending to all my friends :)
I used Rinse and I’m absolutely satisfied with it. It was dry cleaning for a couple of puff vests and a Lululemon jacket, and they came back looking absolutely perfect — clean, fresh, and like new! This was my first time using this service, and I was really impressed by the quality, care, and quick turnaround. The staff was friendly and professional, and everything about the process felt easy and reliable. Definitely coming back next time!Highly recommended!
Convinced clothes don't actually get washed. Did Rinse twice and wasn't satisfied. The first load came back in just okay condition (didn't have a nice smell and there was still dog fur) but gave it another try since I don't have a car to get to the laundry mat. Second time, my clothes came back neatly folded but still smelt used. I thought maybe it was in my head but one of the shirts actually smelt like my perfume still! Was able to perform a very neat and tidy 24 hour turn around. If you are in town and find your hotel has no laundry or services, Rinse is a great go to. Highly recommend.
