Everyone was very attentive and there was no wait time between procedures at all. Thank you!
This team is the best!
Just had my second visit at Rinse and both have been equally amazing. Dr. Lena took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions clearly. She has a preventative approach to treatment and was very transparent with walking me through my x rays and scans. None of the upselling I’ve experienced at previous offices. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I actually look forward to my next visit.
Instead of receiving meaningful care for a small sensitive area of my gum that I made an appointment for, the dentist just tried to upsell me on coming in for another full work up across my entire mouth, lots of xrays, regular cleanings, a “membership” I should join to keep paying for more appointments, and that nothing could be done for me without all of this.
