Tried this out of convenience. I had six things dry cleaned, one item was lost. In an attempt to send the lost item on a second trip, I received (and was charged for) $150 of someone else’s laundry. I was also charged for the lost item after being told it was complimentary. Customer service seems understaffed- when I call I often get voicemail or if I text it takes quite a long time for a response. The five remaining items that did make it back, weren’t very well cleaned.

Terrible company. Cleaners will steal or lose items (socks! bedsheets!) and it will be impossible for you to retrieve. The company is also unwilling to refund to your card -- either offering a BANK TRANSFER (yes, that means asking for your banking information *after* losing your items) or account credit. What kind of ludicrous practice is this??

This is $42.95 worth of wash and fold laundry. Socks and underwear just piled and not separate or matched. Tees shirts folded sloppily and not facing the same direction. I complained and was offered a $15 credit, I followed up with pictures and asked for a full refund and was offered an additional $7.95 credit. They are the most expensive service on the market and don't stand by their work. I have had inconsistent ok to really good quality from Rinse in the past (they don't always separate the clothes, sometimes the shirts a... read more

My only complaint is the clothes came back very heavily perfumed (with fabric softener, I think?) My whole house smells like their flowery chemicals after one load. The service is unbeatable. Clothes came back very clean from wash and fold, a few old stains were magically gone. The socks were even paired together. The prices are a little high, but if you weigh your clothes before sending them, there are no surprises. I think it's worth it if you don't have a washer/dryer.
