Our Rin's Experience Two weeks ago we had an appointment to look at wedding dresses....this was the first time we'd looked. My future daughter in law, her Mom and I were VERY excited. My future daughter in law is very lucky to be a size 2, all their dresses were way too large but we were having a great time. Do not shop here!!!! I never post on things like this.... I bought my wedding gown here and the experience started off good. I went in for my first set of alterations on everything seemed fine. The dress had fit me fine, up until I went back for my second fitting. The first fitting the seamstress decided she wanted to add 2 buttons for the back of my train, (seemed reasonable) when I went to try it on again, the dress was about 1 1/2" too short now. Best customer service***** I went to Rins with an appt. on a Saturday and I tried on dress after dress until I found the right one. They never rushed me. They helped me with everything from alterations to puting on every dress and getting them off. Any bride knows how how tough it can be to get these on and off. But they helped me out with everything. Rin's Bridal has the best customer service Rin's deserves a 6 star for outstanding service. I walked into Rin's without an appointment on the weekend,but Annabelle (the bridal consultant) happily accommodated me. First impression:Thumbs up! She was sweet, extremely helpful and knew what she was talking about. She listened to me and even had Vicki, the other consultant who was equally nice,friendly and helpful, cater to my bridal dress needs. Finding a wedding dress This was the second store I shopped to look for the perfect wedding dress. The selection was smaller than most of the stores that I had been to. The staff was not so thrilled to be helping me. The entire experience was just okay. I didn't find a dress, but it gave me a chance to see what was available.
Rin's Bridal Review My sister is getting married and we had the worst experience at Rin's Bridal. BEWARE OF KATHERINE! She is bipolar. Katherine was beyond rude and wouldn't allow my sister to try on the dresses she wanted to. My sister gave her a budget and she was such a witch about everything. She was mean and heartless.
