One stop shopping Rins Bridal was great to me! When I went into Rin's I already knew what gown I wanted. The people there allowed me try on a few more gowns to make sure that the gown I was set on was really the one. I spent over an hour trying on gowns and never felt rushed. I was also able to get a great deal on my shoes and jewelry there. I would def recommend rins to anyone. They have everything you need for you and your wedding party. Getting everything done in one place is super convenient!
Rin's Bridal Shop is the best ever!!! Rin's Bridal & Formal Gowns is the best place ever!!! My daughters and I had visited 7 bridal shops around the area, from San Jose to San Mateo, and Rin's provided the BEST prices. We saved approximately 45% on our entire order. Unbelievable savings! Do not shop here!!!! I never post on things like this.... I bought my wedding gown here and the experience started off good. I went in for my first set of alterations on everything seemed fine. The dress had fit me fine, up until I went back for my second fitting. The first fitting the seamstress decided she wanted to add 2 buttons for the back of my train, (seemed reasonable) when I went to try it on again, the dress was about 1 1/2" too short now. Rin's Bridal has the best customer service Rin's deserves a 6 star for outstanding service. I walked into Rin's without an appointment on the weekend,but Annabelle (the bridal consultant) happily accommodated me. First impression:Thumbs up! Rin's Bridal & Formal Gowns is Great for Alterations and Customer Service This place had it all: customer service, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, GOOD QUALITY and FAST. I was in from New York and needed to have a bridesmaid dress altered quick and the right way. Rin herself met with me and knew right away what was wrong with the dress and did the alteration herself. HORRIBLE EXPIRIENCE I went to Rins bridal for my bridesmaids dresses and the staff was very very rude. I felt like I couldn't say a word because the lady helping was yelling at me the whole time. This was the worst service I have ever had. This lady was so mean she made me cry. They ordered ALL the dresses the wrong size. Rins is a wonderful, local institution My daughter, Ashley, found her wedding dress at Rins and thought the personal touch to be a plus. The alterationist was just wonderful. I would definitely recommend you ask Rin if she can get a dress you want; she can order it and get you a better price. I love Rin's I absolutely loved Rin's. My aunt had gotten her wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses here a long time ago, so it was my first stop to go. I went with my mom and sister and was there for a good couple of hours trying on tons of dresses. There were two lady's helping us, Rita and Rin (the owner). I love my DRESS!!! I went to look for my wedding dress. I had made an appt. and they helped me out so much! I bought my dress, shoes, veil, and jewelry there. I have never had so much help. They have gone way out of there way to keep me happy and relaxed. I will and have recommended everyone I know to go there. They have also made them very happy! Thank you Rins for all your help and for such a great experience. I love my beautiful dress!!!!
