I went to Gayle post marathon and it was the best decision. I was dealing with tightness all throughout my legs plus plantar fasciitis. She took time on each section and was extremely thorough and not rushed. She was knowledgeable during the session as well while she worked thru the sore/tight muscles. Highly recommend!!
I had an absolutely incredible experience at Rino Sports Massage! From the moment I walked in, Aaron welcomed me with genuine kindness and took the time to really listen to my goals for the session. I saw Gayle for my shoulders and neck and she was amazing! I have a desk job and was looking for a place to ease my tension and destress. Gayle asked a lot of questions and I really enjoyed our session together. I would highly recommend this place for body work even if you aren’t an athlete! She really got in there with me and I feel soooo much better. Yes I agree it isn’t a “spa” aesthetic but it is the best massage I’ve had in Denver!
I’ve had several massages here and always leave feeling relieved! Aaron is awesome and I highly recommend booking an appointment with him.
I’ve gone to RiNo Sports Massage for two years now. As an athlete they listen to my recovery needs and calibrate the session accordingly. Aaron is fantastic and can get really deep if needed. I leave every session better prepared to train and race.
