Gayle was fantastic, she did a really great job of getting out al the messy stuff in my right shoulder! She was also able to get all tightness in lower back to go away. She knows a lot about how the human body from functions.
I went to Gayle post marathon and it was the best decision. I was dealing with tightness all throughout my legs plus plantar fasciitis. She took time on each section and was extremely thorough and not rushed. She was knowledgeable during the session as well while she worked thru the sore/tight muscles. Highly recommend!!
