Every time I have been at Rinks the customer service has been excellent. Everyone has had a smile and have been helpful and polite. I've never had a problem with the range not working properly.

I am a frequent visitor at Rinks. I loved that I could rent several hand guns to help me pick my CC gun. The style I thought I wanted was not a match after I shot it. The CC style revolvers are too light due to all their graphite material. That caused a tremendous amount of posterior recoil that was painful in my thumb. They sold me a Ruger SR9C which I love!!!! I tried on three different occasions to give this place a try and all three times the customer service was poor. The people behind the counter were rude and never even offered assistance to a paying customer.
