Rinkov, a lifelong Buckeye who grew up in Columbus and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University in 1973. DO NOT USE RINKOV EYECARE!!!! Rinkov Eyecare Center did not properly process my insurance for a routine eye exam. I did not pay out of pocket because I did not feel it was my responsibility. Rinkov sent that to a collections agency!!! 4+ years later I just paid the collection agency $283 so that it would stop hurting my credit.
Purchased two pairs of glasses, one regular pair and sunglasses. The sunglasses were ok. The regular every day pair were off. They strained my eyes and weren't right. Went back three times and each time I got you need to get used to them. They would not send them back or redo the prescrip. Gave up. Terrible people up front to fit you. Totally unprofessional. Don't go here!!!
