5 year service relationship ended by Wayne yesterday over a miscommunication. After discussing BMW service notifications with Wayne, he became agitated at my request to sync up with his system. A simple task that only required me to book in the next time I get a notification from BMW. “I’m not updating my system to match BMW’s” - Which he clearly didn’t understand what I was trying to say. Wayne is hands down the best mechanic I've been to! He always takes time to explain everything thoroughly and the price is fantastic. So glad I found the place, I used to be stressing every time before a service or a problem on my car. Now my mind is at ease knowing Wayne will sort it out!
Introduced by a friend and was not disappointed! Wayne is professional and patient, he would explain to you the issues they've found, what needs to be done and what else can still last for a while. Someone who makes sure your car drives safe, drives well, while protecting your wallet.
