5 year service relationship ended by Wayne yesterday over a miscommunication. After discussing BMW service notifications with Wayne, he became agitated at my request to sync up with his system. A simple task that only required me to book in the next time I get a notification from BMW. “I’m not updating my system to match BMW’s” - Which he clearly didn’t understand what I was trying to say.
