I’m not one to post negative reviews generally but I’ve had my MG serviced here a couple times now and both times the receptionist was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Since my recent service, my car has had electrical issues and will not start. When I called to try get it looked at, they said there’s nothing they can do for at least a week, which I can understand as they are busy. Really disappointed with the service here. Have been waiting over 2 YEARS for a replacement carpet for the front drivers side. In between the first and second service no records were kept from staff with a change over. The last service I had, I was told the mats would be replaced, and the car cleaned. When I went to collect and found neither had been done, I went to clarify and was yelled at to the point staff made me so uncomfortable I left crying. Mostly dire experience from Sales to Service departments. I now dread going to service my car or deal with car issues here. If I could go back and go with any other dealership I would jump at the chance. Edit - I've bought a car from you.... You literally have all of my contact details. Dont have this fake empathy reply asking me to 'reach out'. If you're genuine and not AI, actually make the effort to contact me. Reduced to 1 star now.
Sean is the salesman you want to buy off.... gives you facts, lets you make up your own mind... Once I had test driven the car twice and had the family back my decision on the U9, Sean organised prompt delivery of the car. Shout out to Joe as well. Great team and super pleased with my new purchase!
