Dr Abbas & Dr Adeli are really very nice & very Professional
I had two appointments for my newborn with Dr. Reihaneh Nikrou and Dr. Aria Adeli. On both occasions, staff informed me that the doctors were unwell and asked me to see another doctor. When I asked the receptionist why my appointments were being repeatedly cancelled, she called me a liar and hung up on me. This experience was highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

I'd rate the service at Ringwood Medical Health Centre 10/10. The doctors at this practice are very knowledgeable, patient and professionals. Whilst all the doctors are awesome, we see Dr. Abbas regularly and he is one of the most down to earth doctor that we have come across as a GP in Australia. His knowledge across Medical profession is remarkable. We have been attending this practice since it opened and we have witnessed the quality of service improving every day.
