We recently purchased a CX5 for my wife and we are very happy with the overall experience starting from the salesman through to the other staff as well. The car is exceptional. (CX5 was recommended by our mechanic) Now off to buy one for me.
I serviced my car here because I purchased it from this dealership. The last time I brought it in, they dented the passenger door, which I noticed after getting home. I didn't complain and just chose to fix it myself. I had another service done two days ago, and this time they chipped the driver door. I raised the issue on the spot (after paying $757), but they were too busy or in a rush to go home to handle my complaint. These guys know about going the extra mile.
I recently took my car in for a service. There was a set price for the service that I was due for. Two technicians completed this work in 90 minutes, and the bill was exactly what I expected it it be. The car is running well! I haven't always had this kind of experience at other service centers, so I appreciate this place being transparent with their pricing, and being so quick to service my car as well.
