I have ordered parts to both pickup and to deliver, both times Scott has been my salesperson. Extremely helpful and quick with responses. As expected you will be paying OEM prices for those parts, but thats the trade off for peace of mind as compared to cheap replacements.

If you want to be flattered go to Ringwood Mazda. If you want customer service, Myer has better service. First, they send you the honey-trap to open the sale and knows next to nothing about the product. Second, they bring in the multi-level marketing sales manager to over-promise and under-deliver, especially when he promises a $2,000 minimum trade-in and ends up offering you $500 for the trade-in car, which also has $500 in registration still valid. Great service! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Samantha explained everything clearly about my Mazda CX-9. They also offer a shuttle service and have a nice lounge with coffee and snacks. This will be my regular service center from now on.
This review is specifically for the Service Center. I’ve always had great experiences servicing my car here. The service advisors I've worked with in the past have been extremely helpful, friendly, and thorough in walking me through what the service entails. However, my experience today with Ian fell a bit short of the standards I'm used to.
