Disappointed with my experience. After purchasing a used 2024 GWM, I discovered previous accident repair work that was not disclosed during the sale process, I was advised there was NO accident history. The repair quality appears poor, and the lack of transparency has left me questioning the condition of the vehicle and will further unexpected costs to repair it. I expected honest disclosure when making such a significant purchase.
Daniel was great to deal with!! Helped me get on the road with my new tank 300 ultra phev. Stoked with the car and service.
We had an absolutely appalling experience with another GWM dealer before we found Chris and Amanda at Ringwood. Their service, attention to detail and nothing is too hard or difficult approach is refreshing after being stuffed around so badly. Can't thankyou both enough for all your help and making the process so smooth and enjoyable. We will definitely be back to see you guys soon! Can't recommend them enough if you're looking to purchase a GWM oh, and we got the hard lid fitted yesterday
