Great experience as it was my first ever new car at 58 years old and Daniel was wonderful and felt under no pressure. It was a pleasure to deal with and it's a big step for us to buy a new car and the whole experience was easy and Daniel helped with all my car settings as I'm not great with technology but was patient and explained everything in a way I would understand. Luke was great also with the whole finance process and it was quick and easy. I would recommend this dealership. Thank you to GWM Ringwood.
My sister’s car went in with a battery issue, and getting basic support around delivery and diagnosis was near impossible. All we asked was a simple question: when would the car be looked at? Two days? Three? Any workshop could answer that in seconds. Not here. Miranda had no idea, and neither did the owner, who for some reason is the one running reception.
