Unfriendly experience.. I accidentally drove into the back of a man's Holden black car/ute. I received a quote by him to have his car fixed to have it done by Ringwood Body Works. I was told that I could inspect the damage with him at this place so I'd feel better about the cost I needed to pay. So I went to Ringwood Body Works to have my mind at ease about the cost. Called and asked if they can fix a hole in a bumber or it needs to be replaced. Two other shops listened to me explain the damage but this one said "I don't have a crystal ball" and hung up. Rude.
I just wanted to say a quick thank you to Kris, even though it was a relatively small job it was prioritised and completed very efficiently and quickly. RBW reputation is well deserved, thanks again.
The understanding of what a classic car requires and how to go about it was second to none. The attention to detail and dedication has brought my XU1 Torana back to where it should be. Repaired the door hinge so the door shuts properly, repaired all the stone chips, removed a small dent, painted the interior to the period correct specification, repaired the sun visors, replaced the windscreen and the head lining. All over just a great job. But ran out of fuel on the way home and Adam rescued me.
A great job done fixing a scraped wheel flange. Looks like new. Job done in just 2 days.
