Absolutely terrible service. Brand new BMW X7only 18 months old, broke down 4 times in 10 days in they still can’t figure out what’s wrong. No replacement car offered, no real answers. Total failure from a so-called premium brand. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
Had my recent service from Ringwood BMW service centre. Overall experience is pretty good. The mechanic took a video when walking through under chase and identified if there was any issue anywhere. Their office and building are all look very new, thus I believe their equipments are new and most updated as well. I will go visit and get service done again there for my M3 competition.
Purchased a X1, Ben the salesman was fantastic! From 1st contact to handover he was great! Not rushed, spent the time with us to make sure we understood all the features. Great experience, thanks Ben!!
